About Andy
Right First Time, on Lanzarote since 2003.
RFT stands for Right First Time, and Andy has worked to it on Lanzarote since 2003: full property renovations, individual kitchens and bathrooms, hundreds of jobs across the island. Kitchens are where he puts his focus now, because that is the job he enjoys most and the one owners struggle most to get done well from abroad.
He's based in Puerto Calero. If you've seen the RFT van around the island, that's him.

The things people ask before they book.
Do I need to be on the island?
No. Most of Andy's clients are abroad for the whole job. The survey, design and handover all work remotely.
Where do the units come from?
From suppliers here on Lanzarote, so lead times are short. Appliances are Neff, Bosch, Teka, Balay or LG as standard, others on request. You can choose from Andy's shortlist or bring your own.
How long does it take?
Two to three weeks on site for most kitchens, plus lead time on units and worktops. Andy will give you dates in the quote.
Can you work around holiday-let bookings?
Yes. Give Andy the gap in the calendar and he will plan the job to fit it.
Do you do bathrooms or other work?
Kitchens are the focus, so every job gets Andy's full attention. If you have something else in mind, ask; he has refurbished whole properties on the island for over twenty years.
